I am a proud mom of teenagers, a daughter, sister, cousin, friend, colleague, and member of my community. Since I serve many couples and partnerships at varying stages and iterations of relationships across the spectrum of dating, cohabitation, marriage, separation & divorce, I keep my relationship status private.
My foray into the field of therapy began as a client. My personal experience spans across multiple therapy modalities from individual, group, family and couples therapy. I am proud to continue my personal therapeutic exploration in service of my clients. In addition, I’ve benefited from alternative healing approaches such as acupuncture, parenting coaching, Reiki, yoga, meditation, rolfing, massage, breathwork, & nutrition. I believe there are many roads to healing and wellness, psychotherapy being one, to which I am partial.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking for friends and family or curling up with a cup of tea and great book. Occasionally I dabble in writing poetry, when I’m not cheering my teenagers on in their various pursuits. Exercise, whether it’s running, biking, or weight lifting, is a regular part of my wellness routine. I love time in nature, road trips, pulling weeds and trying not to kill my houseplants.
