Individuals

Lisa helps individuals explore personal barriers to growth by fostering self-awareness through exploration of experiences that lead to unconscious internal working models and behaviors. Through compassionate discussions and a non-pathologizing approach, she empowers clients to identify limiting patterns and develop actionable strategies for overcoming obstacles. With her guidance, individuals can build resilience and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

Relationships

Lisa helps partners build a secure functioning relationship by fostering open communication and mutual understanding. Creating relational safety that supports authenticity and expression can positively influence many other aspects of life. She utilizes an approach that incorporates attachment science, arousal regulation theory and an understanding of neurobiological capacity to intervene in the social-emotional realm of a partnership.

With a healthy mix of play and pragmatism, Lisa works with partners to clarify and hone their unique culture so they can cultivate a harmonious relationship that fits each person’s needs.

A focus on the dynamics in the relationship versus individual partners growth edges empowers partners to define their own “rules of engagement” that supports the distinctive individual and relationship dynamics.
